The Facility Maintenance Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for maintenance-related concerns and works closely with staff, contractors, and service providers to ensure building systems and infrastructure are operating effectively. The role requires a combination of hands-on maintenance work and coordination of external vendors, with working knowledge of carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, fire safety, and key/security systems.
