Adeara’s Third Annual Golf Tournament Recap

June 18, 2026

On Wednesday, June 10, Adeara hosted its third annual golf tournament at the stunning Ranch Golf and Country Club. The drive through the tree-lined entrance to the golf course that opens into beautiful scenery surrounding the clubhouse never gets old.

Despite the chillier temperature, everyone was excited to spend the day outdoors, golf with friends, enjoy delicious food and support the great work taking place at Adeara.

Seeing so many returning faces this year brought instant connection as golfers were welcomed and interacted on the course. Feedback throughout the day echoed this sentiment, as one participant put it, “the pace of play led to friendly encounters.”

In addition, several new individuals came out for the first time and got to learn about the long-term support Adeara is providing women overcoming addiction. One golfer shared it was the first tournament they’ve ever been a part of and are already looking forward to next year.

Lori Patrick, our Executive Director, shared a testimony from a client in Adeara’s transition house, reminding everyone in the room of the impact their presence has through events like the golf tournament. Every golfer, sponsor and volunteer help provide women with the tools, community and support they need to pursue lasting recovery.

The Impact

By the end of tournament day, we had raised $91,040.18. Thanks to additional donations that came in over the last week, the total has grown to $102,173.21! Your generosity ensures that women can experience healing in all areas of her life, learn to prevent relapse, become equipped to live out their calling and heal the relationships with their children as a result of their addiction.

There are few who haven’t been touched by addiction. Most of us have seen its impact or watched it affect those around us. Through your support of Adeara, you are ensuring that addiction does not have the final say. Recovery is possible, and it is happening one life at a time.

Thank You

Thank you to our volunteers for going above and beyond in engaging with golfers and making their experience a positive and meaningful one. You helped the event run seamlessly and we couldn’t have done it without you.

Thank you to our event sponsors: Aspire Investment & Insurance, our Title Sponsor; The Stair Shop Ltd., our Platinum Sponsor; Blessings Foundation & Friends of Adeara, our Gold Sponsors; and Sorrell Financial, our Banquet Sponsor; Pure Water Connection, our Golfer Swag Bag Sponsor; Collins Capital our Cart as well as Rule Sponsor; Regent Signs, our Signage Sponsor; Ward Tire, our Water Sponsor; and Sam’s Craft Iron, our 50/50 Sponsor.

Thank you as well to our generous donors, and golfers for making it a sold-out event. Your presence and generosity directly support women rewriting their stories. For many of the women that come to Adeara, healing begins when someone believes they are worth investing in. Events like this are a tangible reminder that there is a community standing behind the women as they pursue recovery and rebuild their families. Thank you for being a part of it!
